Someone nominates a business
A neighbor, a customer, or a fellow owner sends us the name and the reason. It takes two minutes.

We review and reach out
Our team looks at every nomination by hand and contacts the owner to confirm they want the spotlight.

They get featured on a Friday
We publish the feature in our Friday content and the weekly newsletter — at no cost to the business.
